Dynamic and Discerning Association Incorporated was founded in 2024 by Ira Davis Jr., Jeremiah Burns, and Anthony "Qb1" Parker. Our mission is to raise social awareness about the historicBCUs in the Eastern Shore, Tidewater states, and Pennsylvania, while also highlighting key cities such as Princess Anne, MD, Dover, DE, Salisbury, MD, Norfolk, VA, and Hampton, VA. We celebrate the rich heritage of regions, including Baltimore, MD, and Washington, D.C., which boast long-standing programs that support non-traditional students in achieving their dreams.
